A typical
rugged units with heavy gauge sheets and bracing
with mild steel structure provide strength and rigidity
for long service life. Ready access to the motor
and sturdy motor base provides for quick and accurate
belt adjustment and ease of maintenance. Properly
sized shaft and bearings of heavy duty. self-aligning
type. The fan shafts are properly sized and are
made of carbon steel 1040. Close tolerances are
maintained where the shaft makes contact with bearings
and fan wheel hub. Bearings are either ball of roller
type dependent upon the size and class of fan involve.
Specialized type of bearings to suite non-standard
operating conditions involving temperature, extra
heavy loading or other field conditions are available. |

Cabinet
Fans
SWSI Fans with cabinet. Choice
of cabinet is available i.e. G. I. Sheet or
M. S. sheet cabinet . M. S. sheet fabrication
is finished in epoxy base and finally enamel
paint. Optionally, powder coating is available. |

Wheels
SWSI wheels for
Size 15 and above are of G.I. sheet, die cut
blades. Standard rotations and discharge configurations
are available.
SWSI wheels for Size 6 to 12 are
of G. I. sheet, die cut and formed Optionally
aluminum sheet wheel are available for these
sizes.
